★★★★★ So far I am loving it. I might just get another set of them. It's so easy to set up and the price is in my range. Now I can get rid of the router I am paying for each month.

★★☆☆☆ Product won't work without this software and this software doesn't work. Worthless. TCL products are garbage!!!!

★★☆☆☆ Very simplified app that barely works. The English is not very good, but it provides almost no troubleshooting or diagnostic help anyway. It worked to get my mesh nodes initially set up, but the setup options are extremely limited. Now there is an issue with the nodes that is not described in the manual, and the only way I have to interact with the devices is via the app, which is 0 help. Even if I wasn't having issues, this app would be about a 3.5 stars at best

★★☆☆☆ Bad app. Lacks basic features. (1) Can't restart the router from app (2) Can't access router when away from home

★★☆☆☆ The devices work fine but the fact that I can't remotely control the network is ridiculous.
