Great app, but fails to tell you they charge you for booking a taxi and paying by card in the app.

Just an awful app, I book at 1pm for a car to come at 5pm to pick me up, says booking success. When I finished work and check the app at 5:05pm it says searching for a driver, and on the map there are drivers 2 streets away, waited 40 mins for the taxi to arrive. So the pre-booking just simply doesn't work. Just such an unreliable app, calling the office to book usually asked to refer to the app or get a disgruntled sounding call handler. This used to be a good taxi service, sadly not anymore
