Not intuitive at all! Every time I have a video (virtual) appointment I'm logged in and I se my Doctor join.then my doctor chats me to "let me in". There is no such option. Kind of confused here.

Absolutely terrible app. Always had NO PROBLEMS booking an appointment at Shale Medical Clinic. Since Telus took over this service I cannot book a next day appointment. I have serious heart conditions and need to get in to see a Dr. the next day. Will complain to Shale tomorrow as well as I have to go in and TRY to get an appointment ASAP. I plan on changing Providers for my internet as Telus is slowly slowing down. Almost like dial up in the old days. Not sure what they are doing but change. Thx

Complete trash. Unable to be installed on any device, yet somehow they've rolled out into clinics to ensure it's impossibly hard to accomplish even booking an appointment. Thanks for making lives more difficult, Telus, we sure were lacking challenge.
