★★★★★ Great unit. Had a little trouble getting it to connect to network at first. Customer support was awesome and took care of issues. Has worked great since then about 4 weeks so far with no issues.

★★☆☆☆ Refuses to connect to wireless out of the box, why is this so #!?&ing difficult for do many of these kinds of devices; update: DO NOT BUY! In addition, terrible set up, you can only monitor a single device before you have to pay $99/yr for additional devices. DELETE, redox and return this crapware.

★★☆☆☆ Can't set alerts for temperature or anything else. I hit the "settings" link or button and a screen appears, but immediately disappears and is useless. It does display the temperature in graph or table which I can manually refresh. I put device in my freezer and graph shows that temperature when I refresh the screen. But I got no alert. Which makes sense, since I can't get to the settings screen to set my value for a low temp alert!!!!
