The app works great, gives you lots of info about your health, so you can self research...and they are making it better all the time. One feedback: when you get a referral for a specialist, tap on referral: it's not so easy to look at all specialists in a broader area, say "pääkaupunki" or even all specialists in that discipline since many bookings can be remote. I want to be able to search the specialists and read their descriptions more freely from the referral button tap pathway.

Really good app with English user interface. Modern, easy to use, and constantly improved with new features. Thumbs up to the dev team! BTW, am I using it for occupational health needs and have not used much any other similar apps. I have enjoyed especially the lab results history charts, online chats, and the recent symptom assessment then to appointment recommendation. Video calls with doc worked nice too.

Hi the app ask to get updated, and I did that but after that it's not working. I cannot authenticate myself to go into the app.

Since the latest "usability improment" update the whole app refuses to function. Doesn't allow scrolling the screen nor opening any documents. So your doctor wrote something about your lab results? Well eff those in particular because you have no possibility of reading them! You need to cancel appointments? Feel free to dial those service numbers and pay for it, because you can't cancel anything on the app. You can't act like this is something users need to individually deal with. You ruined the app.

Dear Google's customer service this app is belonged to racism and scammers organization, please remove it and support the Human rights.
