Placed an order for delivery within 2 days moving on to the 3rd day now and no update about my orded being dispatched absolutely time-wasting no good at all.

Two days I've tried to order, and the app gives me an error when trying to put my postcode in. Contacted customer service today to be told to clear my cache and cookies. No other help, no offer of trying to order online and offering a discount code as I advised there is 20% off when you download the app. Very disappointed 😞

Their customer service is a Twitter account and that's it 🤣🤣🤣 managed to get a refund, and then started double-checking prices. Everything can be found cheaper elsewhere

Terrible, first order I received was a jacket, which had a USED face mask in one pocket and a carrier bag in the other, ordered a top and t-shirt, paid for next delivery, didn't come till two days after, yet no sign of the t-shirt...
