I banked with chase for 10 YRS AND never got a loan to finance a car, or any type of cred card or anything at all! I did not have bad cred it wasn't a 750 but definitely wasn't a 550 either I had great cred substantial cred history. I went to TBCU & they refinanced my car I had 29k left on it, they gave me a 6k Cred Card. A 2k starter loan and a mortgage all in my 1st year this will be my 3rd. They really try to help! Never go to a traditional bank like CHASE Go to TBCU! You will not regret it!

I'm trying to log in to my account, but I do not know what's this app. Is doing, and it's taking a long time for it to opened.

I don't like the new and it is still stressful. It's not like we have a choice, and it won't save my username on the sign in screen. I don't want it to save my password. Too much typing when I'm on the go. This is frustrating.

I have been with this credit union for over 10 years. Nothing makes me want to leave it more than it's a mobile app. It's always given me login issues and long loading times. The issues I have with this app I haven't had with my other apps. Very frustrating.
