What a BEAUTIFUL app. I'm really impressed with the UI and UX. Seeing bus stop locations and where closures are occurring on the Tube is really handy. The only suggestion I can make is to make the closure information easier to digest. Right now it is a wall of text, but I'm sure the team can find a way to improve the readability at a glance. Well done devs and team!

I used to use the stand-alone TfL Oyster (only) app, which they are no longer supporting. Since mid-January 2025, when I first downloaded it, I have not come across any issues.

Since I want to have a sense of where I'm walking, I haven't used the route-finder. I downloaded the app to track and top up my oyster card, but as noted in other reviews, topping up doesn't work, so I have to go do that using machines at a tube station (really annoying if my next trip is on a bus). Why have the top-up button if it just doesn't work? I am able to see my fare history, but only on home Wi-Fi, not when I'm out and about (and about to need a top-up). Really not useful.

Since being forced to switch to this bloated app that's all style no substance in order to manage my oyster card and contactless cards, I have been able to log in as something is broken on the backend. Good job TFL, taxpayer money well spent.

It's not showing my full journey history like I can find on the other app. This is about as useful as Southeastern Rail.
