The app is the worst app to use, please don't use the brand clothes They send wrong products, different color clothes and size were sent. They don't have a proper return policy. They ask you to exchange with other product, they don't even let you get the product you want they will ask you to exchange with a different product, and they don't have stock for any product in the selection list. Not a recommended company... I don't know how they are surviving

I ordered a shirt, that started to tear off like paper after wearing it for 2 times, and I cannot connect to customer support to complaint for that, for exchange they are charging. I don't understand if I should ever order from here, Bearhouse team kindly look at this kindly look into this matter.

Ordered a shirt. Wrong product was delivered to me. Requested exchange and paid Rs100 extra for return shipping charges for their fault. Wrong product delivered again, and I don't have any option to request return or exchange now, since this is second time as per their policy. Have been writing mails and calling customer care for the past week. No response at all. I'm simply begging tp return the wrong product delivered by them and refund my money. Pathetic servive.
