★★★★★ Easy to follow. I've done joe before his app and lost weight, but the menopause hit, and I didn't think I could cope with the HITT workouts again and was just not happy, and the weight was not moving. I was going to try SW but wasn't impressed with their app. And then Joe popped up, and I decided to give it ago. Well, I'm just moving onto cycle 2, and I've lost weight and feel amazing. I'm so gald I did it and the workouts I can't believe I'm doing them and getting stronger 💪. Thanks, Joe.

★★☆☆☆ Nothing Free. Not even a trial. Makes you pay immediately after giving them your email. You don't get a single chance to try this out before buying it and as usual, it's another bloody subscription-based service. Sick of them.
