It works. I've lost 3 stone since I started in Feb. It's got me into manageable exercise routine. Easy to follow uncomplicated recipes with no unusual ingredients. It gives you regular bite size knowledge about weight management and nutrition that's easy to understand.

Really easy to follow, and the recipes are delicious. I am eating a whole range of things that I would never have tried. I love it and highly recommend trying this plan. I love that you are advised of your meals but have the choice to swap them if you don't like the meal options. The exercises are fun and varied, and I wish I started this plan earlier.

I was interested in joining online and downloaded the app. I had created an account a while ago but never completed the sign-up to the program. I signed in to the app and then received a message advising I would need to go to the Web version. I've tried but now given up. The app doesn't reflect what a brilliant idea the program is.

I've downloaded the app and paid 29.99, and it's not loading up anything. It's stuck in preparing meal plan.

After making a new profile and paying for membership, the app is stuck in loading and preparing my plan. I cannot do anything in it, as its just loading. I have emailed the support about it with no answer to date. Very disappointed that I can't use something I paid for. From previous experience the app was working great, and the whole program is amazing. So my rating is purely for the lack of technical support and being unable to use it at all. The money was taken for membership regularly.
