★★★★★ The app is very user-friendly and provides an easy ẁay to share messages between residents and all necessary departments. I like the app very much.

★★★★★ I love living here at Franklin Johnson of Spring Water the courtesy and prop respond whenever we have a problem or issue they are right on it cleaning up leaving a work order to let you know that the work been done. I also feel safe living here

★★☆☆☆ Won't show options. I installed this app 10 times for my apartment and the whole screen won't show up. It will show me messages, but I can't do anything on the app.

★★☆☆☆ The app is now completely useless. I used to use it to pay my rent, submit maintenance requests, and read messages from the apartment manager. Now I can't even log in. It says "Failed login: Sign in was not authorized. Please use the Forgot Password button below". I tried to reset the password. I received to code via email but when I enter the new password, check the box agreeing to terms, and click submit, I get the same error message.
