★★☆☆☆ This app is so broken it's silly. For some reason the camera can't focus or adjust brightness, the UI gives instructions that change every fraction of second, spazzing in a ridiculous way. It also can't be circumvented, because the app doesn't let you use a picture from the gallery. As a paying customer I feel kind of insulted seeing how this has been broken forever and Helsana is only making it worse with updates. EDIT: The MyHelsana app indeed works a lot better. Well, the scan functionality is kind of broken there as well (less than here), but it allows to upload pictures from the gallery, so it's perfectly usable. So why does this app exist at all? It's just confusing for customers if there's a different app that covers 100% of the same functionality and it does it better.

★★☆☆☆ does not work anymore. camera does not focus. hence no legible scan.

★★☆☆☆ Leider absolut unbrauchbar. Ich kann mein Handy drehen und wenden wie ich möchte, der Scanner erkennt die Rechnung nicht. Leider ist dies in 9 von 10 Mal der Fall, weshalb ich die App endgültig deinstalliere.
