★★★★★ This is a great addition to the HOD games. This one is even more story-driven than the first, with more video cut scenes. Those cut scenes aren't as life-like as the rest of the game, but they add a nice element to the overall narrative. Compared to the first game, and similar games like it such as The Room series (highly recommended!), this has excellent graphics and sound. My only complaint is I noticed a few issues with inventory item manipulation and combination that were frustrating.

★★★★★ Superb puzzle game - dare I say better than The Room? Although pricey, you get hours and hours of puzzles, well worth the money! Graphics are beautiful, highly recommend.

★★☆☆☆ The piece isn't falling out of window mechanism when open the windowing chapter 5. So can't progress. Such a shame. The graphics and puzzles are great.

★★☆☆☆ Can't finish game due to broken mechanics. On chapter 5 where you have to solve the lantern puzzle, the top flap doesn't open all the way, so the gear doesn't come out far enough to move the little wings so I can't complete the chapter. I tried replaying the chapter and get the same result. Videos show the flap should open all the way after turning the ring piece. This just ruined the game for me. Suck I won't be able to finish the game because of one broken part.
