★★☆☆☆ I checked to see how much it would cost to drive me 1 mile down the road to Walmart in a standard sedan with 1 adult and 1 baby on Saturday at 12:00 noon. I was quoted $103: including a $70 base fare and an involuntary $15 tip. What a disgrace.

★★☆☆☆ Horrible!! Booked a pickup at 4 am from the hotel to the airport the day before in Orlando by midnight I get a text saying they can't pick us up due to "time constraints". A BS reason for, all drivers are sleeping. Well then don't let us book those times if you can't make it ! I couldn't do much my midnight. It was a short notice. Never again.

★★☆☆☆ The app needs a lot of work and proper testing. I was unable to review my driver, the status of the ride never updated (showed "pending" even after the ride was assigned), and the billing never matched the actual costs. The kimono service was good, but the app lets it down and makes the cost seem too much for the quality of the system they're using.
