Disgusting service as I tried to get a refund for two bedside tables but because they apparently only sold them to me, but another company made them they wouldn't refund me and when I asked the details for the company I was told sorry we've contacted them for you, they have decided not to refund you. Expensive lesson unless it's something small and cheap don't buy from there as there's a good chance you won't be able to get a refund

Poor browsing and ordering experience, compared to using the website. There is no option to click & collect in-store, when placing orders ... delivery is the only available option. Cannot check stock in-store for individual items, unlike the website.

App glitches when an item in your basket becomes out of stock. You then cannot remove the out-of-stock item as requested and cannot proceed with the payment. Should be a simple bug to fix, unfortunately can't order anything now.
