I love The Rose. I have been with them for a while now, I was so happy when this app came out and immediately signed up for it. I am giving 4 star only because I love The Rose and I do not want this to affect them, but I should give a 2 or less, I have been trying since yesterday to get my membership, that I paid for, to be fixed, I cannot see exclusive member content or even post messages. Notifications need to actually work. If we're not being given a schedule of when lives are going to happen (a tweet the moment lives are starting doesn't count), how are we supposed to know when things are happening?

Hope you will upgrade this application soon. The current version has many uncomfortable things. The absence of a 'folder' for each different content makes me confused when I want to re-watch one old content because various contents seem 'messy' on the same page. I also find it difficult because I have to scroll one by one from the top page. And when I want to watch one old video after another, I am forced to scroll back and forth from the top page until I find the old video I am looking for.
