This sequel feels short. I was expecting more. Don't get me wrong. The plot is good, as always, but there was barely any romance opportunity and I felt like I was getting friend zone all the times. What happened to the romance?! And the abrupt epilogue made me felt cheated. Sure, everyone is praising the improved writing, but I'm a suckered for romance and that's why I like the first book.

The story is good and well written, but it is pointless to romance Eleven in Book 2 because she stays a captive of the enemy for 99.9% of the book. Nothing worse than a useless RO for a whole book. I chose the poly route for Eleven and Daelynn which is a waste of a route especially when I can't spend time with both of them equally in Book 2. Would get a higher rating if not for this fact.

THIS GAME IS JUST MAKING STUFF UP NOW, 🤬😡 IN THE FIRST GAME IT WAS SAID THAT YOU HAD TO KILL THE DRAGONS TO GET THE SOUL STONES BUT IN THE SECOND GAME YOU DON'T NEED TO, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS WIN WITHOUT KILLING, 😡🤬 WELL IF THAT WAS THE CASE THEN WHY DIDN'T THE OTHER DRAGONS SAY SO, EVEN WHEN I WENT THE PEACEFUL ROUTE, THE GAME FORCES YOU TO KILL RAUKO AND ELKOTH, WELL ONE OF THEM THE OTHER ONE SELF-DESTRUCT HIMSELF, IF I HAD KNOWN, I WOULD HAVE JUST SAVE RAUKO, HE JUST SEEMED REALLY SAD
