★★★★★ Not only is The Summit FCU's App simple, easy and trustworthy, but I've never done business with a banking organization that goes completely out of the normal to please, treat, and accommodate their customers! For example; their Skip-A- Pay program at Christmastime on my, or anyone's, auto loan in order to have more money to spend on others, has been a true blessing to me over the years of my auto loan. Also, their "In Person" banking staff at any branch I walked into are phenomenal people !

★★☆☆☆ Pretty much useless. It's down half the time I try to check it. The other half it takes forever to log in.

★★☆☆☆ Bank app is worst ever! Won't let me register says info not right! Have to go to Express pay every month. Now it won't calculate the payment only tryna process the fee. Unreal. Garbage 🗑️

★★☆☆☆ It is VERY difficult to get this app to accept a mobile deposit. It kept telling me I didn't write "for deposit only" when I very clearly did. Took me about 15 mins of retakes to get it to accept the check photos.

★★☆☆☆ It's not easy to use. There are much better banking apps. But it's I denial to another credit union. So I think they use the same developer. It could be better
