Downloaded and subscribed, but when I tried to view the daily readings it said data could not be loaded. I tried Uninstalling and reinstalling but still would not load the readings, so I cancelled my subscription and deleted app

I am unable to subscribe to this platform. I have entered my master card details countless Times and it's showing as error. I also have crosschecked severally and the inputted information are very correct. What could be the issue. Please help resolve.

The readings snd order of mass are not in the one place. Forced to exit order of mass and open readings then exit readings and go back to order of mass is not good to be changing during mass will delete this app and cancel subscription
