★★☆☆☆ Buttons in the app are working occasionally, tested with two android devices (android 13) with same result, this makes using webcast with the thermoconnect app almost impossible, with pure luck you might start/stop pre-heating. With older app this was working.

★★☆☆☆ I updated my subscription, but there is no signal from the device.... It is not an issue of the signal, but something else, since I have no connection even in the areas of good phone signal reception. I wonder if the SIM card in the device has an issue. I tried to contact support, but it gave an automatic reply that I should contact the App Store?! Weird
