I'm delighted with my purchases. They come nicely wrapped and even smelling good. On a recent purchase I was a bit sad because a sweater I had bought and was listed in the package wasn't there. They refunded me immediately, not only that but a few weeks later they actually found and sent the sweater to me. I've sold, purchased, and returned items with ease. It's not traditional shopping since it's used clothing and a smaller business, but it's simple to figure out and enjoyable when you do.

I've literally never had a bad experience with ThredUp. I accidentally submitted an order with the wrong shipping address, and because I caught it in time, the support team was able to correct the address before it shipped. I love browsing and "window shopping" on the app as well, and occasionally, there's a piece that just calls out to you. It's a curated thrifting experience, and all the items I've received have matched the quality of their descriptions.

Total rip off. As others pointed out (and I wish I had read the reviews before sending them a bag full of clothes), they will pay you close to nothing for most clothes, zero on several brands which they still advertise to sell and charge you fees to process your bag. You end up with nothing. Good to know, thredUP. I understand you need to make some money but man, that was highway robbery.

I used to love ThredUp and shopped and sold there for years. Had a few size and tear problems over the years, but nothing to return over. Was easier to just donate. The last time I sent a large load of clothes in, I ended up with a grand total of $.51 (yes, 51 cents) after the fees and "ineligible items". Even though they listed the "ineligible items" they kept whatever they sold for, on top of the fees I paid! After that absolute rip-off I am officially done with that scam!
