★★★★★ This app completely changes the experience of buying tickets. If it says it's a "secure swap" ticket, it cancels the original ticket and instantly produces a new ticket for you with your name on it. So you can be sure you have a real genuine ticket. And it limits sellers to adding no more than a few euros into the price the originally paid. I've used this for about 5 events now, and it's always worked perfectly.

★★☆☆☆ Beware! App is full of scam. I could get a ticket for a concert after countless tries and raffles. When I arrived at the concert venue, I learned that the ticket was already used. Ticket swap didn't provide any live help, I couldn't enter the concert with my family members and I couldn't get any compensation for the financial and moral loss. The help that Ticket swap offers for this situation is putting you in contact with the scammer (after several days). Bravo 👏🏻

★★☆☆☆ Despite things working as expected, one of the major selling points of Ticket Swap is that they have a 20% cap over the original price, and that is a BS. Tickets are sold by 200% the original price and this without fees. Be careful
