Cookies are great. Delivery had a hiccup with melted ice cream and luke warm milk. I emailed customer support and was pleasantly surprised with a quick response. They were not only apologetic but went a step further....way further. Refunded my money and sending out the order again, no charge and a gift card.....wow. I'm blown away with thier support and the simple fact that they actually cared. I will definitely be a return customer and will tell everyone I can how great a company this is.
