I can't log in. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling. The app doesn't accept my log in info and I get incorrect credentials when I try. I changed my password, it still doesn't work. I have tried to have a code sent to log in, but, once the code is sent, there is no space to type the code in. This is frustrating. I depend on the app for my schedule, because it changes often. Any help would be nice. Thank you

Your support team is AWFUL. I just bought a new phone and AGAIN, cannot sign into my account. This just happened less than a month ago, and it took 2 weeks and too many phone calls to take care of this garbage.
