★★★★★ It's a great app. But right now, I don't need it. Can you guys please tell me how to unsubscribe?

★★★★★ I purchased a lifetime subscription for ACK and Tinkle on Oct 1 using my Gmail ID as a login on the website. The status is still processing, and I still can not access any of their lifetime subscription products. I emailed customer support, but there has been no response yet. In ACK and Tinkle apps, there is no provision for login using Gmail ID. So, what happened to my purchases then?? Update: Customer support has finally fixed my issue. I am very happy to read my favorite comics on mobile.

★★☆☆☆ I don't why they had to update their app for even worse experience. I love tinkle and would love to read a lot of comics. If this is what quality means to them, it's better to not have this app and get a refund on the subscription. Very bad user experience and the app is full of glitches. Really very disappointed.

★★☆☆☆ ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT Took lifetime subscription. Been 3 days no activation, cannot download or. Open any Tinkle books. Was supposed to be a birthday gift for my 8-year-old, but they screwed up. No response after 3 emails. AVOID LIKE PLAGUE.
