★★★★★ Worked faultlessly at my recent hotel stay

★★★★★ Widget as disappeared, I can't find it, please advise. The app has worked fine for me on the whole.

★★☆☆☆ Physical keys were perfectly fine. Instead, we get a "technology advance" in the form of this glitchy app, prone to not recognizing the correct door. Added Bonus: if you lose your phone you are locked out of your home too !

★★☆☆☆ The app doesn't tell you if you're locking or unlocking the door. It always says it's unlocking it which is a bit disconcerting when my 4-year-old is sleeping on the other side of it and I can't check whether it's unlocked or locked unless I stand outside the door and try it! Need to have a lock option or a status display to know we can all sleep safely at night!

★★☆☆☆ What am I supposed to do with the error message "Device mismatch. Please contact the onsite team" This is at the log in screen. Hopeless.
