★★★★★ Works very well. Can buy multi-trip card and activate it from the phone.

★★★★★ Would be great if a debit card were possible instead of only credit cards. A few more explanations for the various tickets would be nice. For instance, if I buy a short trip ticket, how many stops will it take me? Also, there is often "a problem connecting to the network". My internet connection is excellent, so it must be TNW's network. Otherwise, it's a darned good app. Easy to use. Very convenient.

★★☆☆☆ Multi-journey tickets used to be redeemable for 3 years, but the latest ones I have bought are redeemable only within the next 12 months. This is not convenient anymore.

★★☆☆☆ Great app... But... If you lose your phone and have no backup all your multi tickets are lost so no advantage over a traditional multi ticket
