Good game, have not won any prizes yet but one complaint, I tried buying some gems to get the daily token perk, but I paid for it, confirmed it, but I did not get the gems not the tokens, 5.6/10

I've won 97 prizes in a little over a month. You need to be patient to win without spending more money than the prize is worth. Watch others. See how the claw moves the prize. Is it weak or strong? Watch for others who give up on a prize and leave it prime for the taking in a few tries. Some machines aren't worth playing - don't play them. Wait until the prize appears on a different machine. Beyond that, it's a skill and strategy issue if you can't win. Customer service is great too.

Even the dummy claw cannot win prizes,.so lame.cheater and scam game

One of the practice machines plushies got stuck in the edge and can't move cause the claw machines claw strength is so weak it can't even move it. Also, it's get prizes since the claw strength is that of a newborn baby. Also, it's really hard to get tickets/gems, buying is off the list since you might as well but the prize instead of spending to probably not even get it. I had high expectations to get prizes because of the ads but was disappointed from the actual game play. Tldr; bot worth it
