Love the ease of ordering online and being able to add the text discount codes now. They also finally made their shake of the month available through the app which is great. I just need them to allow multiple methods of payment through the app now, so I can use my gift cards and pay the rest of the balance on my card.

Asks for a tip with an online order. This cost a star. App will not let me put in the time that I want the burger. I have to order it asap. Also, required a Credit Card. Unable to put in the Gift Certificate they convinced me to buy in December.

They use doordash for delivery, but the app doesn't give the option to tip the driver. We've ordered twice and had problems with drivers not picking up the delivery because why would they if there are other deliveries with tips. The app is useless without the basic function of leaving a tip.
