★★★★★ I once had a theft problem and Top card sorted it out most efficiently - and quickly - thank you Top card!

★★☆☆☆ Horrible app! Only use it 'cos I have to 😣 Nightmare to get it working in the first place - so complicated / had to get codes sent again and again. Not user-friendly - difficult to use - not intuitive. I cannot access my monthly bill via my phone - the download always errors. I talked to TC support about this: the workaround is to use my PC instead. That solution works, but this issue has been known for months now & is still not fixed. I wish my credit card used another app. The previous one (via Coop Supercard) was so much better.

★★☆☆☆ Nip changes without reason You did not understand me. I was not asking to change the NIP, I was saying that the APP for no apparent reason was not accepting the NIP initially set up, saying it was incorrect, and I had to uninstall and re-install it. It was not an error from me, the NIP is saved in a password manager and worked several times before stopping.

★★☆☆☆ App does not work in new android 14. Please fix the app for android 14.
