★★★★★ App works great on my phone with the Captor X. I have a chromebook I'd like to use to control it via Bluetooth for the bigger screen. Bluetooth does not find the Captor X though. Is this supported, or is it just something in my Chromebook settings?

★★☆☆☆ Won't connect with Bluetooth, worked fine when I was using IPhone, but sense I switched to android it doesn't connect at all. The Bluetooth password my phone looks for is 4 characters long, the device gives a 6 character password

★★☆☆☆ I have to reload the app to get it to connect to my android phone every time. It connects to my surface via hard-wire just fine. The captor X itself is amazing it's just the app and the connectivity to my phone that I have a problem with.

★★☆☆☆ Unbelievable but the app still does not work on android 11! After years of owning the unit when it first came out, trying several phones, tablets it still disconnects after a min or so. I even got a replacement unit thinking it was faulty! This is clearly a design issue and it is not acceptable! I own SEVERAL Bluetooth devices and I don't have problems with anyone! Please guys do not buy this product if you require the Bluetooth functionality. If it is wired via USB is fine tho. Thanks
