★★★★★ Ok to just have the summary of the fund. Not very functional.

★★☆☆☆ Probably the worst app I have ever used. Getting "network error" more than half the time. I hope my employer changes the pension administration company.

★★☆☆☆ Rarely works - the app regularly goes down and just displays a service error when you try and login. Even when it does work its very clunky and temperamental.

★★☆☆☆ The app and the corresponding website have always been terribly slow, however for the last few days I've been unable to log in via the app - I just get a biometrics error. I logged on to the website instead which forced a password change. I suspected that was the cause but even after changing my password the app fails to authenticate. Most apps will fall back to a password/PIN but not this one, so now the app is completely unusable. UPDATE: reinstalled, and now it won't accept generated passcode.

★★☆☆☆ App was really unresponsive since started using a year ago. Now, can't even login. The worst fintech app used in past few years. I'll be raising concerns to my employer about this pension provider WTW.
