The app hardly updates tracking and when entering new tracking number, some tracking numbers doesn't just appear when added... very annoying app. Better use other alternative.

I can't track the package. No barcode on my receipt. Receipt also not clear on what number is the tracking number. Tried them all. RC#, TR#, POS#...none of these are 13 digits.

The sender and recipient's mobile phone doesn't link with Thai post agent's data. You have to input track&trace number manually one by one while in other courier apps it appears automatically.
