By far the worst trading platform I have used, can't do partial transfers using app-have to mail in the paperwork. No way to reach customer service on phone, only email or live chat are options. CSR blatantly lie, told me transfer will take 7 business days even though funds were withdrawn within a day. I had to repeatedly follow up with them, and they eventually resolved a "glitch" to make funds show up in the app. App doesn't show account # till funds are transferred in which I need to initiate

False advertising. Trade Up, aka Tiger Trade, advertised that I would be able to trade OTC stocks on their platform. I deposited cash, and low and behold they do not have access to the OTC but are "hopping to get it in the future". Sigh, ok, try to withdraw my cash back to my bank account. Nope, can't do that either, they "have to" hold my money for 15 days due to their company's "anti-money laundering" policy. Cool, so not only will I miss the window for my original trade, but now I'm stuck.

Very misleading promotion. On the site it said all ids have to do is download open an account and then open the box to get a free stock. But after doing all of that, it gives me a list of 4 to 5 other things I'd have to do to get a free stock, such as inviting friends etc. etc. Those extra little things to do to actually get a free stock should be on the promo page. If your are misleading about something that simple, it makes me wonder what else you would be deceptive about. Uninstall for me
