Great app for structuring your workouts, does a lot more than its competitors.

TC will make you think about each movement, control each breath, and reduce the weight of your lifts. Back to basics and you will be SORE.

Decent app but disappointing it is aimed at iPhone. Can only get the very basic features with android which really effects the quality of the app without an apple phone. Also, when you go to change exercises you need to exit the whole app and restart which takes a long time to load. Gets frustrating when you're on a tight time frame for your training.

Don't get this ap if you don't use an apple product, super basic features the honestly I can do in my head. I'll be going to switch to an ap that I can do multiple exercises in a set. Really don't know why they even released this outside the Apple Store.

Being android I want to be able to input workouts. Really gutted that everything is always aimed for iPhones. They already get the tempo coach app which is unavailable to android so would be nice if this was suited for android users.
