I made a mistake and used the wrong email to register, then after paying for a transcription I'm unable to export without verifying the email which I don't have access to and can't change the email to the correct one either. How do I get around this?

Doesn't do anything. It's not an app that dies nothing. First it won't upload your video, secondly it won't allow you to search for the file you want to transcribe. It is just a one-page app that doesn't go beyond the first page that says upload your file.

Horrible. Kept saying that a file with that name already existed on EVERY thing I tried to transcribe. Even if I triple checked and then actually changed the files name. Monumental waste of time.
