I've been using this for 6 months with only minor issues. Twice I was taken off PC and moved to Driving; I believe a software update was involved. I've had difficulty editing at times such as when the app automatically puts me in "ON" status when I use it to add my trailer or BOL; under such cases it will not let me change an automatic ON DUTY, so make sure you are ready to go on duty when adding equipment or paperwork. The app is simple once learned.

used to keep me logged into my logs and I just needed to open the app to

Was good. Until it lost a whole month of my miles & ifta logs last month of using them. That's a huge fine if not corrected. Not mention the hard time getting a hold of customer service. Find another eld provider

This eld has me stranded 11 hours from home with a load and no way to legally get there. I do not understand how a company can legally sell a product that does not work at all. How do the people working for transflo sleep at night, knowing what they're doing to drivers. Safety is obviously not a concern for Transflo when you have to keep checking your phone to get anywhere. I will be reporting this company to fmcsa for not serving it's intended function.

Just really bad customer service, you with get ahold of someone & get hung up on, or you get no one to answer at all. Really about ready to switch to another ELD device. Senn another guys post about he has a s8+ phone and his device does what it should. Well I have the same phone bud and it still sucks.
