Far exceeded my expectations, people on here just love to have a whinge. The live tracking is the selling point for me. UI is a little clunky and idiosyncratic, but you learn how to get the most out of it within a day really. They probably could expand the range for nearby stops for when you're out of your regular routine, that's about it. You can just favorite everything you do regularly so there are no issues.

I really appreciate how this app has more accurate data than Google Maps in some circumstances, or perhaps it's just that the pathfinding algorithm is better. Also, the live bus tracking is super handy! Those two were the main reasons that got me to change from Google Maps to transport :)

Great app to check live wait times for buses however recently the favorite screen has become unresponsive for about a minute after opening the app where nothing happens if I click my stop.

Very average. Actually it's pretty shite. It refreshes and loses the current journey, which you can count on happening every trip. So now you're lost with no idea where you are, where to get off or which bus or train to get next. God save anyone not from Perth. The app itself is typical of Perth. Half assed and needs rebuilding. Kinda like the road works. Or...... Maybe the bus drivers designed it. Explains why the majority leave whenever they like and drive like crack heads.

So confusing to use. When you go to search a bus route it tells you it takes certain minutes to get to the bus stop. But why the heck doesn't it tell you the upcoming times of the buses like 220. I searched a place next to my house, and it doesn't tell me when the next bus come, it tells me how many minutes it takes to walk there. And what even more frustrating when you go to the Google Maps and check the bus timetable it doesn't match up with the transport app or when you go to the bus

There is no live bus tracking anymore, making the app useless for me. You need to fix this.

Terrible, you have to log on using multiple factor authentication which fails no matter what method you pick. The app is about as reliable as the actual service
