Unable to buy a ticket using Google Pay, added a debit card payment method to this app and was then able to buy the ticket. Was then able to sync the ticket to my Travel master card. Saves me having to go to the travel center to buy a ticket.

Like the new mobile ticket options didn't like the fact I needed to call Traveling to find which button to tap to order my regular weekly bus ticket! 🤭🤣 Made a bit of a fool of myself calling to work out with the very helpful operator to work out my error. Had a good laugh when I realized my mistake. 🤣 I hope the mobile ticket tests are positive, I look forward to utilizing a weekly/28 day pass in the future! It'll hopefully save plastic waste on new cards. 🤞👍

Good app, welcome pay & go in same place.nBe useful to clarify how expiry is working. Appears to show a different expiry date than shown in the old TM download app. E.g. for 7 day SY Connect+ bought on the morning of 27/3/24 - the new app shows expiry as 3/4/24 4.30- the old download/inspect show expiry as 2/4/24. This may be a policy nicety? Useful to be confident on the complete days included; 4.30 is 'generous' but the date could be slightly confusing. Looks good though otherwise. Thanks!

I'm not sure if this is just a refresh of the original Travel master download app, with the added facility of loading the card and viewing the validity of said card. Would be great if in future updates you could use the valid loaded card on the bus via the app, so that you don't need to have the original card with you. Not bad for the 1st version though.

Twice has this app successfully charged me for tickets that it hasn't given me. It shows no record of the purchase on the app or website but it's there on my bank.

Absolutely useless, downloaded the app to buy a ticket, and it told me I needed a card, tried to register to get a card, and it would not recognize my address, why the heck do I need a card, surely let me just buy an e-ticket and be done with. I use train apps, and they are so simple and user-friendly, why is your app so discombobulated? Deleting app, please do not reply with cut-and-paste apology about user experience, I've already wasted enough time faffing around with your app...

App has a separate user system to the other travel master products, rendering your current smart card useless. The support email they keep promoting on their canned responses don't even know what day it is and any communication with them is like being stuck a constantly repeating loop of space and time. They will refuse to issue you a new card and apparently do not have any technical expertise over their very own system to release the one you do have. I hope public funds didn't pay for this.
