No matter what the developers say, if you enter already super secure, super sensitive password and account data into a mysterious app not even approved or created by the federal government, you're just asking for trouble, financial loss and suffering. WHY WOULD ANYONE DO THAT?!!! Could be Chinese developers for all we know. No way I trust this app. Treasury Direct website isn't that bad.

Your privacy policy leaves plenty of gaps large enough to allow caching of passwords as written.
