This was the only app I could find that had the full XBX workout. It cost me only $8-ish for this workout - all 4 charts with all the levels. It walks me through the XBX simply and at a good pace. I could do the workouts from a booklet, but this app gives me the proper timing and keeps track daily. It's doing exactly what I want it to do. If you're looking for an app with the 5BX and XBX workouts Triad XP is the only one!

Can't even download the free workouts without entering your billing information.

Very basic, very poor created. I used Isochain app, and I was very disappointed with a poor design of the app. It looks like 10 years old school kid created the app and put on market for $25. The exercises have a very basic pictures. The timer counts a rest time and no counting for under weight timer - the main reason Isolated exercise are working... I hope this guys will perish from the sport activity market. The app is no worthy to buy. Better to get a paper note pad instead of this misleading
