It's a really good app - especially for someone like me who's using public transport all the time.

Great app. Clear UI, easy to group trips, easy to find bus routes. Plus it's usually very accurate about delays, cancellations, other issues, etc. The only thing I'd like to see added is an inbuilt transport nsw trip planner.

This app never keeps up to date for what is actually happening on the rail lines. I have travelled for 16 yrs on T4. When changes happening the app is more than 15 to 30 minutes behind. You can never rely on this app for correct information

Not very reliable with information or accuracy with trains when they are running late

One of THE WORST features of this app - when you input in a train route - you are given absolutely no indication as to where to change stations. It is presented in a way that one assumes the train you catch is the only train you need to catch. I have been caught out by this on the trip view app numerous times and there is no simple way to ascertain where information relating to where to change stations can be found. A very bad feature.
