I really like the app. Very professional. I noticed not all the stocks/companies on NGX stock exchange are traceable on the app. I am a student and I like investing in penny stocks. Those below N20. Anyway, I guess what I am saying is that please TROVE BOARD, add more NGX companies (penny stocks). Thanks

I mainly use Trove for buying my Nigerian stocks, it makes trading quite easy, and the interface is user-friendly. The biggest challenge for all the people that I have referred to Trove is the ridiculous amount of time it takes for KYC to be approved.

I'm stuck on the bvn validation page. The app says to take a photo of my face, but I've been unable to for about 3 days.

This has got to be one of the most frustrating apps I've ever installed on my phone. It's been 2 weeks since I started verification process yet, I'm unable to complete the phase bcos the address on my bank statement is diffed from the one on my trove profile. I've moved to a new apartment, a few blocks away from the old house in the same community and my bank statement is the closest to use as they don't use numbers. Pls update the one on my trove to suit the one in my bank statement. I am tired!

The funds' withdrawal process in this app is atrociously slow for no reason other than gross incompetence. I use fine tech apps often and Trove is the only app that could take you 3 business days to have your funds become 'available for withdrawal' and another 3 business days for the funds to reach your bank account.
