It's an excellent software to protect your passwords. It's pretty easy to configure. It's very important that you set up a very long and difficult master password. But if you forget it, then forget accessing your phone or laptop.

Much better than LastPass. My phone was stolen in the Philippines. LastPass help recommended I turn off my authenticator. That was impossible and contacting a human was impossible. Ruined my vacation with worry. This app is good so far, but the auto login is hit or miss. I turn off auto login when traveling. I hope if I really need help I can contact something that is helpful.

I'm not getting the verification email, so I can't get into it at all. It keeps saying it sent the email, but I don't get it and I need to get into the app asap! I recently had my screen replaced, so I reset fingerprints, and now it won't let me log on unless it sends verification to my email, but it never comes!

My subscription is supposed to allow 5 users for True Key. However, only allows 1. True Key only works on my tablet, not laptop nor cell. Something bad happened to the True Key system 6 months ago and all devices that used to hold my passwords no longer works. It's a known problem, McAfee told me their technicians are working to fix it. But problem continues over 6 months. Yet Mcafee continues to advertise the product can be used on all your devices. NOT TRUE.

What's the use of a password manager if saved passwords get changed to older versions after closing and opening the app, I lost all my recently changed passwords! Due to some glitch
