Great headphones, app not so much. Headphones are comfortable, have decent sound, but they do leak sound i.e. others can hear if loud enough. Great for office to wear all day. Best of all, you can set for dual connection in the app. My issue with the app is that you can only have 1 set paired, and I have 2 sets of headphones. Please add ability for multiple sets and ability to rename the headsets.

The app works in a fashion. I managed to use it to select a desired equalizer profile which is good, but there is no response when I try to customize the touch controls for adjusting the volume, pause, answer phone etc. I would like to disable some of these functions. Edit After advice from the tech help team at True free I managed to get the app fully functioning. Everything now works as it should. Nice earphones with a nice sound.

The only issue I have with this app is that the remaining battery levels are almost impossible to read. The color of the number percentages is too similar to the background. They need to change the digits to a contrasting color (black maybe).

I complained that the app required reinstalling after each use. Should have stayed quiet, because reinstalling no longer helps on a Samsung A54. Can't use it at all now. Really pushing those True free V2, eh? Scrue this. Email me when you get it right. Headphones are great, but the app? Not so much now. Your ad destroyed it. Can't load now. White screen only. Shame. And I bought two pairs. Guess I'm shopping elsewhere now.

This application does not work properly in a plane when used in flight mode. It needs an Internet connection for the game mode, to use the equalizer and to see the charge.
