★★☆☆☆ Absolutely worthless app. I signed up for the free 14-day trial. Never received the confirmation email as the instructions said I would. I did actually receive the sim card (no esim option). Once installed, there is no way to activate it since the app doesn't work, and I never received the confirmation email. I tried this on IOS also. Same result. I ordered another sim to see if I would get the email...never did. Customer support is a joke. Cricket clearly doesn't support this free trial.
