★★☆☆☆ Absolute rubbish. Lost all messages and contact with the rep unprofessional Poor service all round.

★★☆☆☆ Tui omitted a Christian name off the booking and charged us £25 to fix it or cancel the holiday. Their mistake, we pay. Glorious company!!

★★☆☆☆ Really poor search functionality. If you search for a particular feature (ie free kids places) just defaults to flying from London and all the results say "Holiday no longer available" If you search from scratch then all the filters are limited.....just go to the website it's much easier

★★☆☆☆ Fails to add booked holiday, multiple attempts to resolve the problem by clearing cache, no luck, uninstalled, reset, tried again after logging in, still can't add my booked holiday, so the only way to view my bookings is through the Tui website. Reading other reviews of the app identified this is a persistent problem that remains unresolved.

★★☆☆☆ Discount codes never work. Always have to call the contact center to make the booking and apply the discount. Very frustrating.
