★★★★★ Infrastructure supporting tune pal seems to be defunct. I left high rating because it WAS a vital part of learning and sharing Irish music. R.I.P. tune pal.

★★★★★ Tune pal is a truly excellent resource for session musicians. It has become my tune store since it accesses so many online tune collections and keeps all tunes in one place on the phone. It also does a decent job of recognizing tunes if you play them cleanly - it has helped me identify loads of tunes that I didn't know the names of or that I only knew a snippet of. Great tool.

★★★★★ Fantastic app for learning, revising or identifying tunes, now updated for Android 11, thank you :) I have to disable "dark mode" for the app for the score to display correctly, but that's not a problem.

★★☆☆☆ Well a bit of a waste of money. Doesn't work. Why does it need user location to identify a tune? Weirdly, the button asking to grant additional permissions before the app will work, it doesn't do anything and worse, persists on the screen after the app is closed down.

★★☆☆☆ Won't update, has become unreliable on two different Android devices. Has vanished from Play Store for a couple of periods recently. Has also temporarily vanished from 'my apps' for a couple of occasions, in spite of it being installed. Sometimes doesn't identify tunes it's identified previously. A shame, it *was* a damned good app, but the latest problems don't inspire confidence. Tried contacting Tune pal via their FB page, no response.
