I would give it a zero star if there is one. First time using the app, I had to do several trys to get verified because it keeps asking me for the expiration and issuance date of my identification card that does not have one! Failed receiving remittances after several attempts. This app sucks. Customer care also sucks.

I was trying to receive money from my mother like the usual but now with the new update, I can't because it always asks for MPIN or OTP and when I put my 4 number pin, it doesn't work, and it keeps saying that is wrong. There's a message that was sent to me, the OTP, but it has 6 numbers while the app only requires 4 numbers. I wish they didn't update
